it's time i posted again.

herrrooooo!!! and here i am once again. a month away from it being a year from the last time i entered anything in here. let's see how long i can keep this up. i'm on the sofa... suffering from post-traumatic-thanksgiving-unconsciousness. football. leftovers. keanu reeves in point break. it doesn't get any better than that. i'm on my couch. volks is on his couch. both of us have our 12-inch powerbooks on our laps. isn't love great?! thanksgiving was awesome- i stayed here in NY as usual. volks cooked a 25.5 pound bird for thanksgiving. it was massive. we have been eating that mess for the past 4 days, as well as the mashed pot, stuffing, broccoli rice casserole and cranberry sauce (2 kinds). i love thanksgiving.

we saw "the fountain" last night. was quite interesting. it was very literal, and very metaphoric at the same time. i still haven't had a chance to really sit down, think about it, and process it. everyone was absolutely faded by the movie. movie ends, and we're all sitting in the theater in silence for a good few minutes. the lighting in that movie was great. interesting golden lighting motif. anyways, maybe i'll do a post once i start to process that movie.
