friday night. post work. wedding reception. me and the girls at work got ready at the office and went straight to the reception which was at this lounge called 'the door'. we went out to hail a cab, but to no avail... cabless. as the good Lord would have it, a petty cab rides on up to where we were standing. it's freezing... we're all wearing nice dressy clothing and high heels... why not?! so we are this tourist spectacle from 45th and 5th avenue all the way to 32nd and 9th avenue. i'm sitting on this girls lap with 3 people on the actual seat. the guy seems to be peddling rather fast... no complaints. anyways... the picture with all of us smiling in the rickshaw (outside of the reception) is PRIOR to me FALLING OUT of it. yes... the night i actually wear heels, my heels get caught as i am getting my cell phone and as i am unzipping my jacket. that equasion can only mean that i have zero hands to catch myself. my cell phone flies out of my purse, my purse and shoes fly off my person, and i eat pavement. i am dying of laughter and EVERYONE thinks that i really hurt myself. the second pic here is an AFTER picture. enjoy. i had a blast either way. i just wish i could have been someone else watching so i could have seen it and laughed at myself. my patella hurts...
